After opening his own restaurant in NYC and being lauded as the "King of Comfort Food,” Chef Sammy D. brought his culinary expertise beyond The Big Apple to top establishments in Australia, Amsterdam, Atlantic City, Maryland, and Las Vegas, where he was Executive Chef of Venetian, Harrah's, Bellagio, and Palazzo.
As the Executive Chef of Weft & Warp Art Bar + Kitchen, Chef Sammy highlights bold and seasonal flavors through modern Mediterranean dishes designed to be shared from breakfast to dinner. Chef Sammy offers a unique spin on Mediterranean cuisine with distinctly Italian influences, including Weft & Warp's variety of homemade pastas.
